Quick and Easy Cheesy Potatoes
24 oz hashbrowns, thawed
2 cans cream chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
3 cups grated cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1 Tbs minced onion
1 cup crushed corn flakes
Directions: Mix all ingredients together (except crushed corn flakes). Place in a
9x13 pan. Crush the corn flakes and mix with 1 Tbs butter (I leave this part out sometimes and its just as good I think). Sprinkle on top and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and warm throughout (approx 45min-1hr).
